Hi Danny,

This is because you currently owe 11.66GB in bandwidth fees on your account.

You was emailed twice over the last few days to notify you that you owed this bandwidth on your account and that you needed to top up or the server would be suspended within 24 hours. Unfortunately as you did not reply to the emails or credit your account within this time we had to suspend the account to prevent any further bandwidth being accumulated.

We can un-suspend the account now if you like so that you can purchase some more bandwidth and bring your account back up to date and continue streaming?

No problem. We have un-suspended the account for you. For future reference, such emails are sent to the email address as set up in your email settings of your servers control panel.
