Hi John

Your Intro file does not match the settings you are using to stream. You are streaming with a sample rate of 44.1khz and the Intro file is 32khz. Fix this and it should work fine. See the attached file comparisons. We use VLC to analyse this.

intro

Hi
I converted it to the correct settings see below
Filename: BTR SHORT - BTR END SUNG CUT666.mp3
Folder: C:\Users\john\Downloads
File Type: 44100Hz, 16-bit, Stereo
Uncompressed Size: 697.50 KB (714,240 bytes)
File Format: mp3PRO® (FhG)
MPEG Layer-3, 96 Kbps (Int+MS J-Stereo)
Size on Disk: 47.64 KB (48,788 bytes)
Last Written (local): 3/19/2010 15:43:18.887

I set it up in the file section, it played the intro in windows media player but then the stream didn't play I removed the file again and the stream played. what next?

Hi John

Are there any other options when saving your MP3 in these settings :

File Format: mp3PRO® (FhG)
MPEG Layer-3, 96 Kbps (Int+MS J-Stereo)

Can the file format be standard MP3 for example and can the file be normal stereo rather than joint stereo ? Essentially the file needs to be the same as your stream.
