Introduction file

Hi there,

I've been trying to get an introduction file to work and have failed so far.
Is the Intro file feature active on a pay-as-you-go account?
We started with 96kbps and I've tried stopping the server, changing settings, uploading a file of the matching number of channels, bit rate etc , restarting the server but not hearing the intro file when the stream connects.

If this feature is available and I'm being a numpty please let me know!

Hi David

Yes this feature is available on all accounts.

The intro file must match the bit rate, sample rate, and number of channels configured for your stream. In this case 64kb stereo with a sample rate of 44.1khz. If you are using a 96kb file this will not work.
