Most internet stations have a limited budget and won't pay for shows. If you're looking for paid work, become a voiceover artist. Or join a hospital radio and hope that you get 'scouted' by one of the bigger FM/DAB stations that will payout.

You could simply start your own website, create a few demos and that's it. If people like your voice, they'll buy and send you the script.

You read + record, then send it over - done!
