No Avatars?

How come you do not allow Avatars? If you do my settings does not allow me to add one. I did not see a post count requirement to add one, so my thought is you do not allow them? If you do not, suggest you do.

Apologies, it appears as though it was disabled in error. We have fixed this now so that people can upload custom avatars again. 8)
