Planning on starting a show

Hi i am mike.

I run a website called Clubnet UK which is doing well. I have had a few DJ's ask me if i plan on doing a radio show through the site. Never really thought about it till now. I know that i have to get a licence which i plan to but is there anything i need to think about before i start this??
