SAM Broadcaster struggling to log in to Server

Hi Guys

On Sunday around 8pm I struggled to get SAMBC to log onto to the server by enabling the Encoder.

When I activated the encoder it came back with an error message not sure which one but after multiple attempts it eventually logged in

I have not changed anything my side - honest gov

This is a recent issue - up top now I have not had any problems

Any ideas?

Sorry to hear of your troubles. We are not aware of any server issues around the time that you have mentioned, nor have any other users reported a similair issue?
