Scheduling issue

Hello Mr Support.

Yet another question from a dimwit.

I had a guy who has previously done all of our programme scheduling for us, but he has now left and so I am trying to do it all.

I scheduled a few last week which worked ok, but there was several occassions where quite simply the programmes juts did not start on time.

I think I did everything right (in fact the same as I had done with the sucessful schedules) but they did not start.

Appreciate that this is all a bit vague, but I am just cursed or is there some light you can shed for me?

Hi there, with the AutoDJ tracks are never interrupted mid-track, so if a longer track was playing just before the playlist was due to start the system would wait for that track to finish. This is likely to be the cause of your scheduled playlists starting at the incorrect times.
