Steve Wright To Host Session At Radio Festival 2011

The legend that is Steve Wright is set to appear at the Radio Festival this year to host the session involving Elvis Duran, star of Z100 in New York.

The session called ‘Best at Breakfast’ will feature late on the Tuesday afternoon.

Steve Wright, host of The Big Show on BBC Radio 2, is one of the UK’s best loved radio stars. He has worked across the BBC and commercial radio sector and was, at one time, the breakfast host for BBC Radio 1.

Elvis Duran is widely recognised as the host of the ‘World’s Best Breakfast Show’. Elvis Duran and The Morning Show broadcasts live from New York and was celebrated as the ‘Best Morning Show’ by New York’s Achievement in Radio Awards. The show is syndicated on approximately 30 radio stations throughout the U.S.A. every weekday.

The three day festival, which has attracted a range of talent and speakers from around the world, is being held at The Lowry, Salford’s prestigious arts and entertainment centre between 31st October and 2nd November.
