Our server keeps disconnecting and even though i can restart it by clicking on "restart server", it's still saying Source Connected:No

Please help urgently

Fixed. your configuration file had somehow got corrupted. We have fixed the corruption. This is very unusual. Let us know if you have any problems again although we think it should be fine now.

Earlier on we disabled Auto DJ in order to create a new order, which we did.

We have had confirmation from Paypal that the order has gone through, however the platform was not showing the new subscription, as we needed to stop the server for it to go through.

We stopped the server, but we couldnt get it re-started again.

We were off-line for 3 hours and even though we've now got a "Live Stream" playing, Auto DJ has still not enabled.

This is the second consecutive night that the server has failed and we are losing money!

I have responded and am rather desperate to get the AutoDJ re-enabled in order that I can start playing my adverts again!!
