First off, well done for reading this post! I'll be honest, it has the same content as nearly every other post in this forum section. Just like every other online station we are grasping at an audience who have loads of choice (and frankly most of it is auwful). We are looking to increase the amount of DJs on our station and invite any potential DJs to check us out A1Radio - Online, Anytime or email me edd@a1radio.co.uk
Position is unpaid (and lets be honest there is no prospect of any payment).
Most shows revolve around requests from listeners but other formats are welcome
Experience not essential but ability would be nice (I mean have you heard some stations!!!!).
Shoutcast system used.
Email address + Custom written playout software provided
In short we like to have fun, don't take ourselves too seriously and interact with out listeners. We hold regular social events with listeners and DJs and encourage new ideas to the station.
