Subscription cancellation

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for the past week and have attempted to use the contact hub over 4 times with no response. I would no longer like to use this service.

I have now just been charged again when I have been trying to cancel this service for a week and made multiple attempts to contact someone with no response. What kind of terrible service is going on here

I've now cancelled your monthly subscription and account for you and I'll get the latest charge refunded back to you.

We have no reason to conveniently "loose" such emails. But yes Grimzey has now brought this to our attention and we are currently looking at the issue with the contact form, we can see the problem now and we are working on a fix.

We've have cancelled your monthly subscription for you and your account will expire on the 18th November.
